WhyWeRun is a unique 250km ultra running event. Not a race, but an event with a greater purpose: runners run for themselves, and for something much bigger than themselves too - a shared goal not only to complete this mammoth distance together, but also to raise crucial funds for mental health charity, bigmoose.

Taking in parts of the Welsh Coastal path, the route is both challenging but beautiful, with spectacular scenery and wildlife.

250km over 5 days, 6,900m elevation. The route is 60% coastal trail, 40% road. The elevation is undulating throughout. Therefore, runners should be accustom to road running and trail running.
