"It's more than just a running plan. I learned so much in terms of strength and rehab work, nutrition, fuelling and the importance of rest. From the beginning it was tailored completely to meet my needs and was altered at any point following your weekly check in. He has a very holistic view to training and he wants to support your entire wellbeing, which in turn supports your mental ability to push those boundaries. There are times it has been really challenging but he is always there with words of encouragement and a huge well done for every goal we reach!
