The Entry Process
How to enter - and what happens next on your journey to the start line.
Fill out the entry form when entries are open, tell us a little about your running background and why you’d like to take part, accept our event Terms & Conditions, then submit.
Our team will review your submission to make sure you meet the entry criteria and are ready for this challenge. If we need any more information, we’ll get in touch by email.
When your entry is successful, you’ll receive an email inviting you to take up your place in the event.
To secure your place, you’ll pay your £150 initial payment and complete your medical and waiver forms.
Once confirmed, you’ll be enrolled into your chosen payment plan for the remaining balance.

Entry Costs and Payment Plans
Entry Fee: £750
| Payment | How it works |

| Initial Payment | £150 due within 7 days of being awarded a place to secure your entry |
| Full Payment | £600 balance within 30 days of your initial payment |
| 2 Equal Payments | £300 one month after your initial payment, then £300 the following month |
| Split Payments | £150 each month for 4 months following your initial payment |
Entering is free. Once awarded a place, you’ll be asked to pay your £150 initial payment within 7 days to secure your place, then select a payment plan for your remaining balance.
What Does It Take?
The experience and preparation we recommend to help you succeed safely.
Important: Entry is not solely based on experience. Our event is about more than just completing the distance - mindset, determination, and preparation all play a role in readiness.
Prior Ultra or Endurance Experience
- Completed at least one ultra marathon (50km+),
OR
- A strong marathon background (e.g., multiple marathons, trail experience, or significant endurance events).
within the last 2 years.
Demonstrated Training Commitment
- Evidence of structured training (e.g., coached programs, long runs exceeding 30-40km, multi-day efforts).
- Understanding of endurance nutrition and hydration strategies.

Mental Resilience
- Experience in managing fatigue, discomfort, and long hours on their feet.
- A clear motivation for participating in the event.
Not Recommended Yet (Without Further Preparation)
- Entrants with no prior endurance experience.
- Runners recovering from recent major injuries or surgeries.
- Individuals with medical conditions that present a serious safety risk in a remote, multi-day environment.
