Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies exclusively to merchandise orders placed through itswhywerun.com.

Event tickets purchased through our website (including film premieres, community gatherings, or endurance events) are delivered digitally via email.
No physical ticket will be shipped. Event ticket purchases are not covered by this Shipping Policy.

 

1. UK Shipping

UK delivery is free of charge.
Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 working days once shipped.

 

2. International Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
Delivery time is usually 5–14 working days, depending on your location.
Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

 

3. Production and Delivery Timeline

We open orders for limited periods (usually 7 days).
Once the pre-order window closes, all orders are sent to production.

Manufacturing takes up to 2 weeks, after which your order will be shipped directly from our production partner.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your item dispatches.

 

4. Fulfilment Partner

All apparel is produced and shipped by our production partner, BRAV Endurance.
Customer details (such as name and delivery address) are shared securely with BRAV Endurance solely for the purpose of manufacturing and delivering your order.
All partners are contractually bound to protect your data in line with our Privacy Policy.

 

5. Delivery Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact shop@itswhywerun.com with your order number.
We’ll investigate with our fulfilment partner and provide an update as soon as possible.
